Born in 2008, from a journey of solo travel and self-discovery, we exist to introduce the fashion industry to ethical jewelry and accessories that won't cost the Earth. We are a small team based along the South Coast of the UK in the seaside town of Bournemouth. We work closely with a studio in the heart of Bali, where we have a full-time designer and part-time group of outworkers who create Pineapple Island jewelry as a second income. We strive to maintain trustful relationships with our makers in Bali, and we have external audits to ensure that Ethical Trading standards are met. All employment is freely chosen and wages meet the national legal standard alongside fair working hours.
