Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 2-4 business days of purchase, with most orders shipping same day. Orders under $125 ship for a flat rate of $6.99 and all orders over $125 ship free of charge.

Returns

So bummed it didn't work for you! Let's make this easy. Any unworn, unwashed and unused items may be exchanged or returned for store credit. We just need to receive them within 21 days of the ship/purchase date for you to receive a store credit or exchange. Please ensure you have original tags attached when you return. If you are shipping items back to us, please include your order number and full name when you send your order back! 

Our holiday return window has been extended! Items (excluding sale items) purchased after November 28, 2025 can be returned through January 15, 2026 — perfect for gift-giving season!

When we receive your item we will process them within 5-7 business days (keep record of tracking once you've shipped). You will be issued an online store credit code in the amount of the item returned minus any shipping charges we covered getting the product to you!

Please note that all sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. All jewelry sales are final.
