How do I join?
Joining is easy, and completely free! Create an account at roseandleeco.com or sign up in either of our shops with your email address. Already made a purchase with us? You’re already enrolled!
Do I earn points on all purchases?
Earn points on all purchases online and in stores. Points are not earned on the portion of a purchase paid with a gift card, or on taxes and shipping fees.
Are there ways to earn points outside of shopping?
Yes, there are even more ways to earn! You’ll get bonus points just for joining Rose & Lee, signing up for our emails or texts, and leaving us a review. Plus, we’ll celebrate your birthday with a special reward every year.
How do I use my points?
When you shop in a Rose & Lee store, our team will check your points at checkout and let you know if you have any rewards available to use. Shopping online? Just make sure you’re signed into your account, and you’ll see your available rewards at checkout. You can use them on your purchase or save them for your next shopping trip!
Can I redeem my points with other discounts or promotions?
Rewards cannot be combined with discounts or promotions.
Do my rewards expire?
Yes, points expire one year after they’re earned. Birthday rewards are valid for 30 days from the date they’re issued, so be sure to use them before they’re gone!
What happens if I return an item I used points on?
If you redeemed points for a reward, like $10 off, the points used for that reward are not automatically returned when your order is refunded.
Do I get points if I purchase a gift card?
Points are earned when you use a gift card toward a purchase, but points are not earned when purchasing a gift card.
